Appartement moderne et fonctionnel, idéalement situé à quelques minutes du front de mer, des restaurants, commerces et ferrys
Appartement moderne et fonctionnel, idéalement situé à quelques minutes du front de mer, des restaurants, commerces et ferrys.
Cependant, plusieurs points viennent nuancer l’expérience. L’appartement est assez bruyant, à la fois à cause des nuisances internes à l’immeuble et de l’extérieur, malgré un double vitrage peu efficace.
Bien que propre et joliment décoré en apparence, les finitions laissent à désirer : murs abîmés, literie peu confortable, et de nombreuses ampoules manquantes.
La salle de bain a également posé problème : la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et la pression d’eau est très faible.
Par ailleurs, le chambranle de la porte de la chambre était mal fixé et est tombé suite à un simple courant d’air. Enfin, la vue depuis le balcon du salon n’est pas attrayante, ce qui limite son utilisation.
En résumé, un appartement bien situé et fonctionnel, mais qui manque clairement de confort et d’entretien pour offrir une expérience réellement satisfaisante.

This comfortable spacious unit is well located in Sliema. It is a few minutes walk to the main promenade, public transit bus stops, hop on/off bus stop, boat cruise departure site and close to Sliema/Valetta Ferries. There are many great restaurants just within walking minutes of the unit and a handy grocery market very close by.
