Beautiful clean modern apartment. Host was very responsive and helpful. The only problem is the ongoing construction noise in the morning and there was limited hot water.

The apartment itself was ok The main issue during my stay was the constant noise from the construction site located directly in front of the building, which operated daily from 7:00 am until late evening. The apartment is not soundproofed, and it's located in a very busy area of ​​Paceville, which adds to the noise in the summer and at night. I was hoping to relax for a few days, but unfortunately, I didn't get that! And the constant construction noise was annoying! I understand that the construction work itself may have been beyond the owner's direct control; however, clearer prior notice would have been preferable, or better soundproofed windows installed – which they didn't have! Due to the circumstances, I requested a partial refund, and the owner initially agreed, only if I left a 5-star review! I really dislike the situation where owner asks for a 5-star review in response to my request for a partial refund!

Please note one major issue when booking this apartment - there is a huge construction site (they are building a new building) right in front of your balcony and the most horrible noises ever were coming from there from early in the morning. No windows, no earplugs will ever be able to help with it. And this information was not mentioned anywhere, so it totally ruined our stay. Also the apartment on the pictures and the actual apartment are different. They are similar, but different (for example in reality the bedroom doesn’t have a door). Other than that - the apartment is in a very nice location, clean, has pretty much everything and IF there is no construction you will enjoy your stay. But the thing is that we double checked with the host if the construction was going to be on during our stay, he checked and said no, but in the end in turned out that it did during the last days of our stay.
