Positive: We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Gothenburg. The rooms were a very good size, bright, and comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and we received clear and easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and check-out.
Negative: One small suggestion for improvement would be to have the bed linen ironed, as it would add an extra touch of comfort and presentation.

Overall the stay was excellent
Overall the stay was excellent. Thanks to host David wnsuring our stay went smooth & comfortable.
Positive: Apartment was clean, neatly arranged and at a good location. Centre of the city, grocery store, public transport and car parks nearby. Host made sure to be available at all times and made the stay smooth & comfortable.
Negative: 1.5 floor with slightly curved stairs was difficult to take the heavy luggages / baby pram to the apartment.

Positive: Er was geen ontbijt, maar het was een prettig en ruim appartement.
Goede communicatie met de manager, die er ook was tijdens mijn aankomst.
Verder is er ook goede busverbinding met het centrum van de stad.
Negative: Het enige nadeel is dat het wat naar rook stinkt in de keuken, maar de rest van het appartement is groot genoeg zodat je er weinig last van hoeft te hebben.

The apartment was located in a less desirable part of Gothenburg, about a 10-minute tram ride from the city center. The area lacked cafés and bars, though there was a pleasant saluhall near the tram stop.
Unfortunately, the apartment itself was in poor condition. Mold had spread throughout the shower corners and soap tray, and both the tap and toilet seat were loose and unclean.
The kitchen was poorly equipped: no dishcloth or towel was provided, the oven couldn’t be opened, the curtain rail was falling down, and the extraction fan didn’t work.
The décor was minimal to the point of austerity, with no reading lamps by the couch.. The furniture was also in bad shape—one living room chair was heavily stained and dirty.
On the positive side, David and Rickard communicated very well, which made it all the more surprising that the apartment had so many issues.
Finally, a toilet freshener had been used to scent the space, which left the unpleasant impression of living in a toilet.
