Avoid this property at all costs. The apartment was dirty upon arrival and smelled terribly of raw sewage, which the host dismissively lied about, claiming it was just the 'smell of the sea.'
We also arrived to find promised amenities missing, despite me explicitly confirming them with the host in advance. The host's response to us asking for the missing items was shocking: they argued in writing against basic safety standards, became openly hostile, and tried to cancel our reservation to force our family (with an 8-month-old baby) out onto the street with zero notice.
They only backed down and provided the promised items after Airbnb Support officially intervened and issued them a formal warning. An incredibly unsafe, stressful, and unprofessional experience from an aggressive host. Do not book

Great stay overall. The place was clean, easy to access, and worked well for my trip. Good location and a smooth check-in. Solid option if you need a simple place to stay.

Everything was great, kitchen is fully stoked with all the necessities. Comfortable bed, fresh sheets, comfy space. The location is great. Easy to check in, check out. Clean shower and toilet. I recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay. I think the location is amazing, close to many restaurants and stores and many bus connections. The apartment is private and quiet tho, no problems with noise from the streets.

I’ve been staying in quite a lot of Airbnb in Malta. I find this one as one of the best. Very good location, central Sliema, just next to all restaurants and terraces. However it’s quiet and I didn’t had any issue with the noice. The apartment its cozy, clean and quite new. The communication with the host was really good, always responsive and helpful.
I definitely recommend!

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione eccezionale, nel cuore commerciale di sliema, molto vicino a tutti i servizi e mezzi (bus cittadini e per l’aeroporto). L’appartamento era pulito e fornito del necessario. Molto apprezzata la macchinetta del caffè con cialde e bottigliette d’acqua di cortesia . Rispetto al costo medio delle strutture in zona, il rapporto qualità prezzo é stato ottimo! Le descrizioni per il check in sono state molto facili ed efficaci.

Luktade illa i lägenheten när vi kom dit, tror inte ac var rengjord och det luktade riktigt illa i badrummet, trevlig värd som kom och kollade på lukten men känner att lukten kom nog från ac. Badrummet är nog avloppet som stank. Bra läge men inte lika bra som för förväntat

Negative: From the very start I was unhappy. I had no balcony (and I had purposely booked this apartment for a balcony view). This was the only apartment that didn't have a balcony. I contacted the property owners as I had no hot water and no plates to eat off. A few simple instructions could have been left on how to turn the water on and that yhe cupboards were push open would have helped. Instead I engaged in a very rude man that wouldn't answer my phone calls and cut me off. He accused me og being aggressive as I was complaining. I simply stated I was very unhappy and wanted the issues fixed immediately after having come off a very long flight with no hot water for a shower and couldn't even eat my dinner with no plate. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend booking this place. Pillows were also lumpy, pans in kitchen were dirty, overall cleanliness was grubby..everything needed a good clean, neighbours loud and disturbing. The main woman who I communicated through booking.com was much more helpful and reassuring. To be honest, they should be disgraced by the lack of apology for my complaints and the reaction that was given to my complaints. If you want problem free accomodation, I would not recommend staying here
