Utsikten från lägenheten är magnifik! Lägenheten är mycket välplanerad på 34 kvm där du har hall, kök och vardagsrum i ett med en magnifik utsikt. I rummet finns matplats för 2 personer, bäddsoffa som är 140X200 cm utbäddad. Köket är utrustat med det man kan tänkas behöva för matlagning. Obs att det endast finns plats för 2 vid matbordet. Sovrummet har en exklusiv Carpe Diem dubbelsäng med mått 180X200. 4st garderober och TV men egen box eller chromecast behövs då det ej är en smart-tv. Badrummet är litet men innefattar dusch och kombinerad tvätt/tork. För varje uthyrning lämnas tvättmedel och diskmedel. Lakan och 1 handduk per gäst och vistelse tillhandahåller vi med. Det finns inte TV i Vardagsrummet WiFi finns. Lägenheten är inte tillgänglighetsanpassad eller lämplig för barn. Strax utanför ytterdörren finns en takterrass som delas med andra boende i huset samt utkiksplats ovanför terassen. OBSERVERA att garageplatsen endast är tillgänglig…

Negative: Very disappointing stay – unacceptable cleanliness and no refund
When we first arrived, everything seemed fine, but that impression changed very quickly.
The apartment was clearly not properly cleaned. There were skid marks in the toilet, and there were still clothes left in the washing machine from a previous guest. Because of this, we decided to check the rest of the apartment more carefully, and we found several more issues. There were multiple black hairs in the bed sheets, towels under the bed, a fingernail by the doormat, and a lot of dust on the floor. There were also greasy marks on the mirrors.
We confronted the host and sent photos showing the condition of the apartment. The host responded by saying that he had fired the cleaning staff because of how badly the apartment had been cleaned. That alone says a lot.
On top of that, I had paid extra for a garage space, but there was no garage remote. When I asked about it, the host replied that the “previous renter must have misplaced it.” So that was another 250 NOK wasted.
Because the apartment was far below any reasonable standard, we decided to check into another hotel instead. We continued the conversation with the host and asked for our money back. The host agreed and explicitly wrote that we would receive a “full refund.”
Since then, I have followed up several times to get the refund, but my messages have been ignored.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. The apartment was dirty, the extra services we paid for were not properly provided, and the promised refund has still not been returned.

Mein Bruder und ich waren für einen Kurztrip in Göteborg
Mein Bruder und ich waren für einen Kurztrip in Göteborg. Die Unterkunft war perfekt dafür geeignet, da sie in einem für uns sehr schönen Stadtteil liegt. Schönen Parks und Wälder und einige gute Restaurant, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über die Stadt.
Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Super Unterkunft im Zentrum von Göteborg 😄Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Möglichkeit die Parkgarage ohne Aufpreis zu nutzen ist ideal und man kann von daher ohne Probleme mit dem Auto anreisen.
Ein einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass man die Fenster nicht verdunkeln kann, was für mich aber nicht schlimm war.
Man kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen! 😄
