Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Abigail als Hosterin. Sie war von Anfang an äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es in unserer Unterkunft ein Problem, da es stark nach Rauch gerochen hat, weshalb wir uns entschieden haben, die Unterkunft zu verlassen. Abigail hat jedoch sofort reagiert und sich sehr engagiert darum gekümmert, schnell eine passende Lösung für uns zu finden. Ihre schnelle Reaktion und ihr Verständnis für die Situation haben wir sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Support und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation – wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihr buchen!

Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal, mit dem Bus ist die Hauptstadt Valletta sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Busse fahren regelmäßig und von mehreren umliegenden Haltestellen ab. Fußläufig war die Promenade der Balluta Bay zu erreichen, dort gibt es schöne Restaurants und eine gute Sicht aufs Meer. Die Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand und ist durchaus empfehlenswert. Jedoch haben die Schränke im Schlafzimmer einen starken Eigengeruch, weshalb wir diese während dem Aufenthalt nicht verwendet haben und die kleine Couch im Schlafzimmer einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck erweckt. Die Küche und das Badezimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vorallem die große Terrasse ist ein Highlight der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr unkompliziert.

Other than a checkin nightmare where we were ignored for 90 minutes (8 unanswered calls and 4 messages) the apartment was okay. The address on the listing when you click 'get directions' is actually almost 1km down the road. So we were dropped off down there by bolt with 6 suitcases and 2 backpacks (just moved here) and its all extremely uphill. It was too close to order another taxi so we had to walk it. Not to mention the confusion we had while spending 90 minutes calling and messaging her. We finally found the correct address at the very beginning of our message history and made it inside. Went for a shower and drain was clogged. The moment I notified her about the shower her response was very tone deaf and said she was pleased we arrived but she is so sorry about the shower... I mean you just made us hike a massive hill with 8 pieces of luggage and ignored 8 phone calls and a bunch of messages while we are lost down the road unsure where to go.. but no mention of that mistake

Velmi pěkné a čisté ubytování s příjemnou a velkou terasou. V ubytování chyběla žehlička. Informoval jsem o tom Abigail a druhý den mně čekala žehlička u dveří. ☺️ Na pláž a na promenádu 10 minut chůze, restaurace, obchody rovněž. Bydlel jsem tady 5 týdnů a vše bylo perfektní... doporučuji počas celého roku.
