Positive: Appartamento grandissimo, forse troppo per 4 persone.
Ben arredato e soprattutto pulito. Ho apprezzato di avere trovato spugnetta nuova e detersivo per i piatti, detersivo lavastoviglie e qualche cialda e bustina di té. Facile il ritiro delle chiavi e il proprietario ha sempre risposto gentilmente nell app booking.
Negative: Materasso troppo morbido.
Aggiungerei qualche asciugamano in più. E degli appendiabiti sia nei bagni che nelle altre camere. Sarebbe stato bello trovare una bottiglia d'acqua al nostro arrivo almeno

Negative: Pojechaliśmy na nocleg o 16:30, mimo że zameldowanie było od godziny 15:00. Apartament był brudny i nieposprzątany, przez co ponad dwie godziny czekaliśmy, żeby móc się umyć i odpocząć po podróży.
Przed wyjazdem zapytałam w wiadomości, czy w apartamencie jest suszarka do włosów. Otrzymałam odpowiedź, że tak, więc wyciągnęłam swoją z bagażu. Na miejscu okazało się jednak, że suszarki nie ma. Dostarczono ją dopiero następnego dnia, przez co musieliśmy chodzić z brudną głową.
Niestety to był dopiero początek problemów. Nikt nie przekazał nam instrukcji dotyczącej włączenia wody. W końcu udało się ją otrzymać, jednak instalacja nadal nie działała. Po ponad trzech godzinach ktoś przyjechał na miejsce, ale jedyne, co usłyszałyśmy, to że mamy dalej czekać, bo „czasem tak jest”. W efekcie poszłyśmy spać bez możliwości umycia się.
Kontakt z obsługą był bardzo trudny. Na wiadomości otrzymywaliśmy jedynie ogólne odpowiedzi w stylu: „przekazujemy wiadomość do działu, ktoś się z Państwem skontaktuje”. W praktyce o każdą informację i pomoc trzeba było się wielokrotnie dopominać.
Złożyliśmy reklamację dotyczącą całego pobytu i prosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju. Zmiana nie była jednak możliwa. Według obiektu nie było również możliwości zwrotu pieniędzy – nawet w części. Ostatecznie także Booking nie był w stanie porozumieć się z właścicielem obiektu, który nie widział w tej sytuacji żadnego problemu.

bien placer. facile de se garer au mois de mars non loin de l'appartement.
Negative: un chèche cheveux est mentionner dans le descriptif, il n'y en avais pas .
après message et relance on devait nous en apporter un , nous l'attendons toujours. nous aurions sut nous aurrions pris le notre.
manque de couvert et de verre (3 fourchettes, 3 couteaux , 3 verres), pas de passoire pour égoutter les pâtes ou le riz , pas de plat allant au four.
dernier jour en défaisant les housses d'oreiller et couettes , les oreiller et les couettes étaient tachaient.
mettait a jour tout se qui manque car c'est dommage.
dommage car le potentiel de cet appartement est énorme.

Pour le prix payé le logement est tout à fait satisfaisant. La localisation est idéale. À proximité de La Valette et de son Julian. Les autres sont très réactifs, tu es toujours prêt à aider.

The apartment itself needs some maintenance (bathroom door wont close, missing doorhandle, coffee machine not working...) and the cleanliness needs to improve.

A part l’emplacement du logement le reste est pas ouf, le code du boitier a clé est pas le bon, les matelas sont des trampoline, les lattes du lits sautent en pleine nuit, le sol est sale chaussettes blanches deviennent noir.

Positive: El piso estaba limpio y las camas cómodas.
Negative: En el anuncio ponía que había parking gratis público en el establecimiento, el primer día aparcamos super bien en la puerta, pero el sábado, que estaba más concurrido tuvimos que dar unas cuantas vueltas hasta encontrar aparcamiento. Creo que no está bien especificado, cogí este alojamiento para poder aparcar fácil y el aparcamiento que ofrecen es aparcar en la calle, vamos lo mismo que el resto de alojamientos, creo que no está bien especificado y deberían aclarar que es fácil aparcar en la calle pero no que hay un parking público en el alojamiento.
Como mejoras las habitaciones pequeñas no tienen mesita de noche y no hay secador de pelo. El sofá es muy pequeño para 4 personas. El lavabo del baño pequeño era muy pequeño.

Positive: Appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. Ottima la posizione,a due passi del lungomare di Silema,vicina alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici.
Negative: Purtroppo appena arrivati abbiamo visto che la maniglia della porta di un bagno era rotta,completamente staccata, per cui nn si poteva chiudere la porta del bagno.
C’ era inoltre un unica presa adattatore per la corrente,ed eravamo in quattro.
Abbiamo immediatamente scritto e telefonato piú volte all’host per chiedere almeno un altro adattatore e che venisse a sistemare la maniglia. Purtroppo non ha mai risposto ai nostri whatsapp e nemmeno alle nostre chiamate.
E se l’emergenza fosse stata piú grave?

Positive: Ubytovani v super lokalitě, loď do Vallety kousek, promenada u more, vše v dostupnosti....vše čisté, uklizeno, klidná lokalita, prostorná lednice
Negative: V ubytování nejsou vůbec žádné úchytky jak v koupelně, v pokoji, jen ve skříni věšáky, nemůžete si pověsit ani ručník, v kuchyni nefunkční konvice a toustovac, upadla klika u koupelny, hned jsem odeslala fotografie.
Za nas poměr kvalita x cena dostačující, byli jsme celý den pryč, takze jsme se stravovali mimo ubytování.
