Το κατάλυμα ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Δεν νιώσαμε ότι μας έλειπε κάτι. Επιπλέον η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, κοντά σε μαγαζιά αλλά και στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς για τις υπόλοιπες περιοχές.
Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άψογη.

Sofa bad in the living room needs to be changed and some renovation work wasn't done in high quality. Mattress are basic. Just basic kitchen appliances, for example only one wine glass.
Overall, outstanding location, very clean, with few additions and corrections, should be an outstanding place.

The apartment is in a nice location and can serve as a base for visiting Malta
The apartment is in a nice location and can serve as a base for visiting Malta, but our overall experience became very stressful.
When we arrived there was a noticeable moldy smell. We accepted it and continued our stay. The first night in February there was also no blanket available, so we slept without one. It was brought the next day and was not a major issue, but it is a basic comfort normally expected.
We also noticed the bed frame had a significant sag in the middle and my child slept in that dip.
We accepted the apartment as it was and did not report these things because we assumed it was simply the condition of the place.
After checkout I was unexpectedly accused of causing damage to the bed and faced with a $945 claim, spending 7 days proving I did not cause it. A review from the previous guest already mentioned the same issue.
Please carefully check everything, take photos, and report issues immediately through Airbnb, and not rely only on goodwill and fair deal.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was super clean, comfortable, and in a great spot. They communicated very well and were super friendly. Totally worth the money and would definitely book again! Thank you!
