l like the place, think the floor needed washing and there were no plates to eat on. they were really responsive to help and bring new cutelry and cooking utensils and very helpful. pool upstairs needed a clean otherwise i liked the place very central.

Biggest problem was the communication with the hosts. For 2 days we didnt have warm water, we had to shower with cold water. Even though we did everything that was described.
Also the check out was very hard, we said we were outside of the apartment, they cotinued writing to us every 1h to go out so they can work and we were already outside. We told them this 5 times.

Positive: Priestranný apartmán v novostavbe na 8. poschodi. Výborná poloha - ferry terminál, supermarket, autobusové zastávky do 4 minút pešo, ulica je pešia zóna, reštaurácie v bezprostrednej blízkosti napriek tomu v apartmáne žiaden hluk. Apartmán je čistý, nábytok nový neopotrebovany, vybavenie kuchyne nové a úplne dostačujúce. Treba použiť ochranu proti komárom.

This is an amazing property that I would very much like to stay in again. It has an excellent location, is very spacious and clean, and enjoys incredible views. The host is also very responsive and helpful, which helps make the experience all that better. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Malta.

Erst hatten wir vom Gastgeber keine Antwort bekommen, dann wurde sehr frech auf die geschilderten Themen geantwortet
Erst hatten wir vom Gastgeber keine Antwort bekommen, dann wurde sehr frech auf die geschilderten Themen geantwortet. Eine Reaktion oder ein Entgegenkommen war zu keiner Zeit gegeben. Wir sind schwer enttäuscht sowohl vom Gastgeber, als auch von Apartment selbst, da es kein Ort zur Erholung darstellt. Dies ist der Fall aufgrund des Lärms im Haus und durch andere Gäste, sowie Wartungsarbeiten, welche dringend fällig sind. Nicht zuletzt Schimmel und eine undichte Toilette. Ebenfalls ist Ungeziefer in der Wohnung und die Beschreibung einer Suite trifft definitiv nicht zu.
Preis Leistung sind definitiv ungenügend.
Wir hoffen, anderen Gästen bleibt diese negative Erfahrung erspart.

As we were a group of 4 , we mainly used the BLOT taxis ( great )
Less city noise because its on a pedestian only street .

Wir waren für 4 Tage in dieser wirklich tollen Ferienwohnung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, riesengroß, schön hell und vor allem die Location direkt beim Ferry Terminal und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war unfassbar gut! Kann man für einen schönen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!
Great place to stay in a great location
Great place to stay in a great location. Everything you need is at the doorstep, including convenience stores, restaurants, grocery stores and retail shopping, plus the ferry to Valetta is moments away. We wanted to keep costs down so bought groceries to make breakfast and some other meals at home. The kitchen is basic, but has what you need to make simple fare (i.e there are pots but no colander or grater etc). Provided on arrival are small amounts of tea and coffee, plus a couple of dishwasher tablets and washing pods, and one tea towel. For a weeks stay Id bring dishwasher tabs, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, and another tea towel to save you buying more than you need. We did have a couple of queries for the managers of the apartment whilst we were there, and my goodness they were so responsive and helpful (and patient!) . Recommend

We had a lovely stay in Sliema. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to ferries, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy, quick response and friendly. Check-in went smoothly.
Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay and we would happily recommend it to others visiting Malta.
