Sweden – Property Manager

David is the Property Manager for Sweden at Beyond Stay, where he plays a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests. Known for his upbeat, approachable personality, he builds trusted, long-term relationships with homeowners and is deeply involved across the operation, making him an integral part of Beyond Stay’s success in Sweden.

Global – Revenue Manager

Purushottam Deshpande is a Dubai-based entrepreneur and short-term rental (STR) revenue management specialist. After 3 years head of pricing in Uber he started his own company Revopt Technologies, where he works with STR operators across multiple geographies to optimize pricing, occupancy, and profitability using data-driven strategies.

With a strong background in Pricing, Analytics, Automation, and market dynamics, Purushottam has helped scale portfolios ranging from individual listings to large multi-city operations. His work focuses on bridging operational insight with technology—building tools, models, and frameworks that enable sustainable growth for STR businesses.

Originally from India and now based in Dubai, he brings a global perspective to revenue management, combining local market knowledge with scalable, tech-first solutions.
