Positive: Perfect location in Sliema, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gyms, and the ferry to Valetta. New apartment, nice balcony, quiet, great facilities. Kitchen, WiFi, etc. all working well. We came for a workation, could not have been better.
Negative: Some annoying mosquitoes in the room, hard to catch them with those high ceilings.

Would definitely come back again, the location is perfect as it's close to to the ferry terminal and in the heart of Sliema.

Umgebung ist perfekt für Sliema und direkt an der Haltestelle der Fähre zu Valetta. Der Check-In ist simpel und die Wohnung einfach zu finden.
Leider wird für den Unterhalt der Wohnung nur das nötigste gemacht und wir hatten etliche Mängel. ( Türen konnten nicht geschlossen/ Fenster nicht geöffnet werden und weitere kleinere Mängel). Dies senkt leider die Stimmung der eigentlich schönen Wohnung. Ich habe dies gemeldet, es wurde aber erst richtig etwas unternommen als man sich zufällig direkt getroffen hat.

Der Schnitt hat für uns zwei Personen ausgereicht. Super Lage, sehr zentral und viele Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die Kommunikation mit Nicole & Ismar war gut.
Was man leider stark bemängeln muss und da waren wir nicht die einzigen im Haus, ist die Sauberkeit. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass keine ordentliche professionelle Reinigung sattgefunden hat. Flecken auf unserem Bettlaken, die Couch war noch voller Sand vom Vormieter, überall Baustaub drauf und Essensrückstände auf Teller und Töpfen. Die Waschmaschine auf dem Balkon zum Hof raus schaut leider ziemlich eklig aus. Auch hier haben andere Gäste von den selben Problemen berichtet. Nach drei tagen und auf verlangen kam der junge Reinigungstyp und hat unser Apartment "gereinigt". Leider muss man hier ganz klar erwähnen, dass das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt. ! Im 10. Stockwerk befindet sich ein kleiner Pool und Gasgrill. Muss öfters sauber gemacht werden! Keine Luxus Apartments wie beschrieben!
I would stay away
I would stay away. The location is amazing don’t get me wrong. But the apartments are just too dirty. We had hair in our bedsheets, ants and cockroaches around the fridge and even in our bed. We didn’t feel safe sleeping in the bed. So if restless nights are your thing, go ahead and book. For the rest of us that actually want to relax, this is a NO-GO.

The flat we stayed in was not the same one shown in the pictures. The host manages several units in the same building, but the style and interior were quite similar, so it wasn’t a major issue.
The location was excellent, just minutes away from a supermarket, plenty of restaurants, and the ferry pier, yet still quiet at night.
However, there were a few issues: The bathroom door couldn’t be locked, and there was no ventilation or fan, so unpleasant smells would go into the bedroom. We reported this, but it was never fixed, and based on previous reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem. We also found groups of ants in both the kitchen and bathroom. Again, we reported it, but it was not fixed.
There was no cleaning service during our stay, so our bins quickly filled up. We asked for extra bin bags but received no response from the host.
Overall, it’s a decent flat in a great location, but the hygiene and maintenance could need more attention.
