The good: Great location Authentic feel of the house Clean The bad: Very cold downstairs, there is no heating, only ACs upstairs or you can pay 30€ for an extra blanket Unreliable wifi, does not work downstairs Not specified that you need to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the other Not enough coffee and it is a nespresso, hard to find capsules to use even if you want to buy coffee yourself Overall an okay experience because a lot of things can be understandable for an old house (no window in the bedroom, humid, poorly insulated) and it compensates a lot with the great location and the originality of the experience. Probably better in the summer.

Great central location in Valletta and a charming, characterful townhouse exactly as shown in the photos. However, a few things to note: the second bedroom is a sofa bed with limited privacy, and the TV (upstairs) wasn’t working during our stay. The stairs are very steep, which was difficult for our elderly parents and worth highlighting in the listing. There was also a noticeable damp smell on arrival that didn’t fully clear, and the kitchen felt quite dark with some wall stains and possible mould, despite the property being clean overall. Noise from the street and neighbours, along with light in the main bedroom, affected our sleep. A lovely property with great potential, but could benefit from some updates and clearer details for guests.

It was a really cool place to stay. Literally 5 minutes away from the centre od Valletta. Many historical sites are quite close and easy to reach by walk. The hosts are responding at any time and are really comfortable and friendly. Thank you very much!

Overall we had a nice time here, the kitchen was nice and spacy, things were clean and tidy and nearly everything was the same as description and photos. We did have some issues with the accommodation with some electrics however they were responsive to the issues and gave options for it to be resolved which as we where staying for a short time period we were happy for it to be fixed after we left. A couple things to note is that one of the beds is a pull out couch rather than standard bed, the house is beautiful and historic with a well but this comes with the normal expectations such as period features of smaller window in main bedroom which can make it feel dark but this is part of the historic house charm.
